Tea Lady III – The Moment of Harmony

With eyes lowered and hands steady, she offers the final cup — a gesture of grace, gratitude, and peace. The third Tea Lady completes the circle of calm that defines Nippon’s timeless ritual of tea.

Where her companions move and serve, she pauses in stillness. Her presence transforms the simplest act of offering into a moment of connection between host and guest. There is serenity in every fold of her robe, every curve of the cup she holds.

Whether part of a tea house diorama or displayed alone, she embodies the essence of balance — the beauty of silence between words, and stillness between breaths.

The Tea Lady was designed by Iain Lovecraft and made by Mad Miniatures. She comes unpainted and with a separate base as shown in the grey renders. The base was designed by Monolith Arts.

The original Nippon Saga campaign was designed in 28 mm heroic scale, which in practice corresponds more closely to 32 mm true scale. Until now, we offered this original version under the 28 mm label — which was incorrect. To make things clearer and give you more flexibility, we now provide both options: the original 32 mm version (as designed by Iain Lovecraft) and a newly downscaled true 28 mm version for those who prefer full compatibility with traditional 28 mm tabletop ranges.
