The Empress stands at the heart of the court, a figure of absolute authority wrapped in silk, ceremony, and centuries of tradition. She does not command armies on the battlefield, yet her presence shapes alliances, seals destinies, and decides the fate of clans with a single gesture.
This miniature captures the Empress in two distinct versions, each reflecting a different aspect of imperial power. One presents her standing in full ceremonial regalia, composed and distant, embodying political dominance and ritual authority. The other shows her seated, serene and contemplative, a moment of quiet strength behind the throne where decisions are forged in silence.
Every detail is sculpted with exceptional care — from the layered kimono to the refined posture and controlled expression. These figures are ideal as a centrepiece character, scenario objective, narrative focus, or diorama highlight within any Japanese-themed tabletop or display.

This Empress was designed by Forged Path Miniatures and made by Mad Miniatures under license. She comes unpainted and with a separate base as shown in the grey renders. That means some assembly is needed. The base was designed by Monolith Arts.
