Thank you for shopping with Fentens Productions PTY LTD. Below, you will find our shipping policy, including rates and options.
Shipping Locations
We ship to any country listed in the drop down at the top of the page. That is Australia, New Zealand, EU, Norway, Switzerland, UK, Canada and the US.
Shipping Rates
Australia - Orders under $50 AUD
- Standard Delivery: $8 AUD
- Express Delivery: $14 AUD
Australia - Orders $50 AUD and above
- Standard Delivery: Free
- Express Delivery: $8 AUD
International
We charge you pretty much what we have to pay. International postage is calculated on weight only. This is an advantage as most of our products are not heavy weighted. In particular miniatures are very light and won't cost much in shipping when combined in to a bigger order. The exact amount is calculated at checkout before you come to payment.
Lead Time
While we try to keep stock, we sometimes have to print some items for your order. Usually this takes less than a week. If we can't make it in a week, we usually contact you and inform you how long we'll need to fullfill your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected delivery method. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while express delivery is usually 1-3 business days.
Pick-Up Option
We also offer a pick-up option from our business address at 34 Fryar St, Camp Hill 4152 QLD. However, pick-ups must be confirmed in advance. Please contact us at mail@madminiatures.com to arrange a suitable pick-up time. Unscheduled visits will not be accommodated.
