Our primary business involves creating 3D-printed collectible products and selling retail items related to tabletop gaming and decorative purposes. Some of our products are licensed designs created by third-party designers, while others are our original designs. Additionally, we sell paper models, which include products we produce ourselves and retail items sourced from other manufacturers.
2. Product Information
3D-Printed Collectibles: These are designed for decorative and tabletop gaming purposes. Products in the categories of miniatures and terrain are unpainted and typically printed in grey using PLA or resin. Articulated models (e.g., dragons) are usually printed in color.
Paper Models: These include models designed and produced by us as well as retail paper models purchased from third-party manufacturers.
3. Licensing and Ownership
For 3D-printed collectibles, we are licensed to produce and sell designs created by third parties. All intellectual property rights for these designs belong to their respective owners.
Products we design ourselves, including some paper models, are the intellectual property of Fentens Productions PTY LTD.
Retail products, including some paper models, are sold as-is from their respective manufacturers and do not require licensing.
4. Intended Use and Liability
Our products are collectibles, not toys, and are not intended for use by children under 14 years of age. Some products may contain small parts and pose a choking hazard for young children.
Products should only be used for their intended purposes, such as tabletop gaming or decorative display. We are not liable for any misuse of our products.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance processes.
International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees applicable in their country.
6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at mail@madminiatures.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the defect.

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise specified.

As our products are not toys, they should not be given to children for play.
