Field Worker – Nippon Village Life
Bent slightly under the weight of his work, the Field Worker moves with quiet determination through the muddy fields of Nippon. His straw raincoat, wide-brimmed hat, and worn sandals tell the story of countless hours under sun and rain — the endurance of a humble life dedicated to the land.
Every detail, from the layered garments to the farmer’s steady grip on his tool, captures the timeless rhythm of rural existence. Perfect for dioramas, scenic storytelling, or as background characters in your Nippon Saga collection, this miniature adds depth and realism to any tabletop scene.
Handcrafted in 28 mm scale, it stands as a tribute to the quiet heroes who keep life moving while empires rise and fall.
Height including base: 43 mm
This worker was designed by Iain Lovecraft and made by Mad Miniatures. He comes unpainted and with a separate base as shown in the grey renders. The base was designed by Monolith Arts.
The original Nippon Saga campaign was designed in 28 mm heroic scale, which in practice corresponds more closely to 32 mm true scale. Until now, we offered this original version under the 28 mm label — which was incorrect. To make things clearer and give you more flexibility, we now provide both options: the original 32 mm version (as designed by Iain Lovecraft) and a newly downscaled true 28 mm version for those who prefer full compatibility with traditional 28 mm tabletop ranges.
